The Bataan Heroes College Library will be the center of excellence in information storage and retrieval and will play an important role in developing the curricular needs of the college.

To provide Students, Faculty and Staff with adequate, well selected, organized and administered collections and up-to-date information on various fields of endeavors, their prime interest, and chosen careers that shall in turn develop their ways of life and the whole country in the process.
